Worst hiring process i have come across ever. The entire process took ~75 days. In total i gave 4 tech rounds followed by director round and in the end was the final HR round. During the 4 tech rounds, it was twice the panel didn't respected the time schedule and did not joined on time. They asked me to join at a very unusual time time and end up either not turning or at least 30 mins late. In either of the cases, when i tried reaching HR, she did'nt picked up the call too. After every round of interview i gave ~ 3 to 4 days waiting for feedback but was never given a feedback on time. I had to follow up back every single day and usually she took a week to share the results. I cleared 4 tech, director around and even the HR round with a senior panel. Waited patiently and did not heard for 2 weeks. Later got a call and they say you need to give one more tech round and in this round, they asked very stupid question which were way out of the league. Again, waited for 2 weeks and after multiple follow up, HR dropped a message that you couldn't this round. Honestly to me it sounds like this is probably a new process to say NO to a candidate.
