The process was unbelievably great. Great company and I see why a lot people want to join this great company. Strong financial company where people can showcase their skills. I really excited about the interview process it went smoothly.

I went through 5 rounds of interviews with ICE which takes a lot of time and preparation as you can imagine. On the 4th round a senior manager told me that I would be an asset to the team and the company. The 5th round was supposed to be a formality with HR. Then I hear back 2 weeks later with "I'm sorry other candidates had vba and python knowledge!". Well you should have told me after the 1st or 2nd round?!

Entretien
Interview was straightforward and to the point. The interviewer was polite and explained the expectations in detail. He was open about where the direction of the company is going and how the position fits in to the grand scheme of things. He was adamant in his effort to find the right person for the position and gave you the opportunity to express any concerns that you may have. The next step was in-person interview. You meet with the hiring manager and other team members. It was a very pleasant experience.
