I have applied through their website. They contacted me in a week to have a phone interview. After the first interview, I get the 2nd interview in couple of days. In first interview they conducted a behavioral interview. At the 2nd interview they asked more technical stuff.

Interview was with an analyst and VP on the ICE Clear Europe team, questions were mainly focused on financial knowledge of the markets the role would interact with (commodities, especially oil), with some technical coding questions.

They reached out to me multiple times over the year, and some were from the same recruiter; they asked to set up the call and then ghost. Wouldn't recommend as the least decent gesture they can do is follow up.
