First, there's a phone interview. It takes about a half hour. A lot of talking about what goes on at Interco, how the company works, what's involved in the day-to-day, how as a potential employer I would feel about it, what experience I have that relates, etc.
Then there's the in-person interview that includes a tour of the facility. It's a huge place and just that part alone takes at least a half hour. The interview begins in the conference room. Then there's the tour. Then it's back to the conference room where you may be met by another manager, but maybe not. It takes about an hour. Pretty casual...they say business casual attire...and they mean it. Don;t ear a tie or a suit. A lot of people think that impresses, but it's just stupid since the warehouse is pretty industrial (dirty).
