J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Interbrand (New York, NY) en févr. 2018
Entretien
I was scheduled to meet with 3 people, but ended up being introduced to a random panel of people that joined and left at various stages of the interview. For a mid to senior level, I don't understand why several junior level participants (possibly interns?) were necessary in the process. One of the Design Directors was slightly unprofessional in his comments about my work, picking out of things that he felt were 'errors' when they were actually not. Simply because I was not really given the space to talk about my work or what I could bring to the team, I was constantly being interrupted by the different people in the room, and the overall vibe of the studio seemed like a chaotic environment with a lot of big personalities, who did not reflect a sophisticated understanding of branding. The entire interview was a major red flag.

Entretien
The process was a really long one. They were a bit vague about what they were looking for specifically. So chasing for an update on the process was a bit difficult.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Interbrand (Londres, Angleterre) en avr. 2015
Entretien
I was introduced through a current employee, who I had worked with in the past. Had an informal meeting initially to discuss my experience and show some of my latest work samples. I then met with the Creative Director, and the Executive Director separately to discuss the role in more detail and finally spoke with HR to discuss any logistics and clarify any questions they may have.
