PI test ,HR reach out to, test(contain 7 sections ,25 questions ,75 minutes).I finished the test ,then HR went ghost.maybe the result is not good.i am sure why this job open so long since last nov to May .

The interview process felt underwhelming and lacked depth for what is presented as a customer Service Representative role. Surprisingly, no technical or scenario-based questions were asked, which raised concerns about how rigorously candidates are evaluated.
A significant portion of the discussion focused on the expectation that the successful candidate remain in the role long term. While stability is understandable, the repeated emphasis on tenure rather than development opportunities or career progression was noticeable and left me questioning the underlying reason for this focus.
After the interview, I reviewed employee feedback on Glassdoor and noted that the CEO currently holds approximately a 30% approval rating. This statistic, along with recurring themes in employee reviews regarding culture and work environment, gave me pause.
Overall, the interaction was polite and structured, but I left with concerns about internal culture, retention dynamics, and long-term growth prospects within the organization.
