Test then we have HR round.

Interview at IBKR for the position of KYC Analyst in mumbai was a 4 step process.
•Firstly they took a behavioral interview test.
Here they'll send over an link with few pointers which you need select considering your opinion about the questions asked. If you don't qualify, you won't be able to ever get affiliated with the firm.
•Second was apptitude test.
Quants, Logical, Grammer questions along with few process related questions.
•Third as Managerial round.
Interview round with the manager you'll be reporting to.
•And last step was Head of compliance round.
Final round with the head of compliance.

Wonderful people, smooth experience. Questions mainly related to previous work experience. The whole process was handled very professionally. Right from the first call to releasing the offer, it was smooth sailing.
