Response to my application was not to have a screening call, but to do 3 or 4 assessments - about 1.5 hours of my time to allow InterSystems decide if they want to move forward. So it doesn’t say much for their sentiment towards employees if they treat prospects this way, giving them no opportunity to ask about the role or the company culture prior to being expected to give that time to them. I responded saying I didn’t by have that time right now and could we have a 15 minute call, and I got no response. I’m not sure it the recruiter is an automated email but bad vibes from the start and then confirmation, I wouldn’t want to continue a process like that.

Des tests sont à réaliser en amont du 1er entretien RH, cela prend environ 2h Le premier entretien est fluide et les résultats soft skills sont revus Le deuxième entretien est avec un manager, cela était aussi assez enrichissant pour comprendre le poste. Par contre par la suite aucun retour après relance, seulement un mail automatique après quelques mois.
