First phone was a brief introduction of there company. The second phone call was going over my resume and third task is you must complete thee sessions with several test ex one was about fair housing laws etc and you had a time limit to complete it once completed a recruiter contacts you back and works on finding you different leasing assignments.

It was smooth and easy. They really just want to get to know you. It took place in Houston. Asked me questions about my previous experience, a week later i was assigned to jobs.
