Screening was by phone (two calls) where I was asked about my work history. I was then invited to meet the research team and CEO. I met several members of the research team and then answered questions about my SPSS skills, my presentation style, experience with clients and was asked about my ability to travel which was a requirement of the job. I got a follow up call from the HR person who made the offer by phone and in writing. I asked a lot of additional questions on benefits and vacation days, etc. I was offered the position and went back and forth twice on salary.
