The software engineer interview process consisted of multiple steps. First was the standard phone interview going over my experience and history, followed by a second technical phone interview, and finally an in-person interview where I presented an application I built for the purposes of the interview. The final round also consisted of meeting the rest of the team and answering questions around fit and culture. The interview process itself is a reflection of the team and the work: very transparent, practical, down-to-earth, and while technically challenging, a great learning experience.
