The process was very straightforward. Applied via indeed and they called within the hour. The interview was then completed face to face the very next day. Normally they wait a day or two to advise of a successful applicant but I was advised by the interviewer right away.
Straightforward and simple process, one stage interview at the time, standard questions - felt at ease. Asked a question about how I would motivate the team on a down day, and how to keep up encouragement.
