Came in, they described the job and what it would entail (gave a realistic expectation). Didn't try to put up any facades and was down to earth and real. Was also more interested in figuring out what kind of person you are and if you'd be a good fit.

Entretien
Most of it was just getting to know you as a person. Along with the typical interview questions. They also make you take a personality quiz. Pretty laid back interview.
