Entretien
The interview process consisted of multiple rounds. The first round focused on technical assessment of Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and problem-solving. The second round, with the VP, evaluated strategic thinking, decision-making, and business impact of my work. I shared my contributions, challenges faced, and solutions implemented, aligning them with organizational goals
