Quick and easy, the person comes in introduced themselves, asks you a few questions and then let's you know they'll be in contact shortly to let you know. They give you a run down of what you'll be potentially hired for and ask if your okay with it. The interview didn't take long.

The interview was a quick and one-on-one. Supervisor review my resume with me and asked if I had worked in an office setting. Then there was supposed to be a quick test but it never happened. I was attending school at the time and needed a specific schedule to correlate with my school hours. He stepped out for a few minutes saying he needed to check openings. He came back and hired me and said training would start the following Monday. During the interview I asked what the job entailed as the description on Craigslist was very vague, only stating that a bilingual receptionist was needed. He said that I would basically be answering the phone all day and that it wasn't too hard. He not once mentioned in was an in-bound call center and I was lead to believe in would be an office setting receptionist.
