I was contacted after applying online. The first interview was mainly thought provoking questions, mathematical, logical and software-related towards the end. The second interview was mainly talking about myself.

On the 2nd interview I brought up a familiarity (as part of a course) with a specific data compressing algorithm and I couldn't completely follow through when I was asked to replicate it.
