The hands-on experiences which is related to this role.
incompetent hr manages to mislead the communication with me and managers. after 2 interviews with managers and a willing to make an offer, they disappeared. after 2-3 months they managed to reappear with the intent to make an offer and a week after that they withdraw the intent of making that offer.
