To be perfectly honest, the interview process was a little degrading. When I came in to interview for a salaried position, I arrived in a blazer and slacks with a briefcase with the expectation that I would be speaking with someone dressed similarly. The vast majority of people that were at the hiring center that day were dressed as if they were bumming around the house or working manual labor (not that I have anything against either; I come from a family of manual laborers). I was quite disappointed and somewhat put off that I was run through the mill in the same fashion. The overall experience gave me the impression that this company was amateur.

Great interview with the company when I was looking for a job. The Site leader approached me immediately and told me about opportunities. I took position. I was hired and started immediately. Good experience overall.
