Interview process was simple; started with a phone interview and then progressed into an office visit. Phone questions were simple, and the in-person interview was much more intense. Started with a discussion with a sales associate, and then I met with 2 HR directors. The next person was a financial employee, and the last meeting was with the CEO and VP of sales.

Spoke with a recruiter and then scheduled an onsite interview. Shadowed a team lead that was doing well with the company. Then met with the hiring manager and was asked a handful of questions about my background.
The team was very animated and seemed to collaborate well. Unfortunately we did not come to an agreement on comp. They have a "set in stone" policy on initial compensation which gave me the feeling they are just looking for warm bodies.
