The interview process was very well thought out. There were multiple interviews in steps. First a phone interview, then a technical interview, then a personality interview with some of the team members.

They asked specific IT network related questions. Also there was a web based software used in the interview for you to "design" a network and how everything connects based on what they were telling you.
