I worked with Integreon in the past. It was my second company. It is quite easy for experienced professional to get into this company. However, you will have to negotiate your salary and position before agreeing to HR and also stand on it. Their HR structure and work ethics are depends completely on their Directors and depending on the person you may be ignored. Your efforts may not be recognized as all is a mess. However, they pays on time. You have to clear their tests during training. Posting will depends on their client requirements. If you are in a volunerable position and not able to find any job, then you can choose this company. You can choose this company for promotion, as you may find lots of mistakes everywhere and I would not recommend this company as a life long working company other than HR/Directors.

Smooth and easy interview questions, you just need to be true within yourself, sometimes if you have background sa ibang job roles, di sila magiging hesitant to give you chances. Sila magrerefer and then ittry ka interviewhin, if di papalarin you can stay on what you applied for. That's easy.

I applied online then I was invited to have an interview at the office. The interview was okay.
I had the Initial interview, Assessment, Workshop, then Final Interview. After the final interview, I had the job offer.
