The First Round was with the HR it was a Telephonic interview, I was provided a job to work on, I had to send a sample search string and also a resume which would match the job role. Second round was a Skype interview with the Manager. I was asked several Technical & Non Technical questions

I applied through an employee referral, it took hardly 24 Hours to step in for Interview.
The process consisted of an online test, technical interview, 1 management interview, 1 HR interview.

They conduct a Telephonic Interview , I was asked technical questions which was followed by an In person Interview.
The second round was an in person interview that involved me to work on some sample requirement wherein I was suppose to source an ideal resume and present my sample search string for that particular requirement.
