I hope you like being told you got the job as you exit the interview and then being completely ghosted for 4 months. Best interview of my life, everyone seemed super impressed and interested. Hiring manager told me how excited she was to have me on board with a wink and then NOTHING. Even when i reached out to HR.

phone screen then talk to hiring manager then have a panel interview. the panel interview ranges from 3-5 people. you then meet with them one on one. and that is about the extent of it.
