September 2023. I interview in Manchester, Phone call 30 mins. I only made it to the phone interview with the recruiter. I'm not gonna mention his name. After the phone call, he didn't say that I was not selected to the next interview, didn't reply my email after I ask to application status after 1 week, 2 weeks or 3 weeks. Now, I'm still waiting for the email rejection. Remember, after the interview, assume you failed and look for other companies.

What kind of services that you have been working on?
Creating a Web application in asp.net with unit tests, API, and some simple algorithm challenges to complete. Via remote desktop with 2 interviewers helping - more of a pair programming exercise than a test.

Entretien
Their recruiter called me and right away started the speedy interrogation about my "current situation" and blowing up every job change into huge issue (and believe me: I tend to stick around ;) ). When I asked to give me the overview of the position she rudely said that "we are not the right track" and disconnected.
