While the technical demands are manageable for those with consistent LeetCode practice and a solid grasp of core data structures, the process also includes a formal online interview to evaluate problem-solving communication.

The first round was an HR round on the Resume + salary discussion. They were screening across a few roles and passed my resume to the the AI Risk team. The second round included question on GenAI and a insurance claims case study. The HR got back to me after 2 weeks and had constructive feedback for rejection which i appreciate.
