Video interview where I was asked questions and had to record and submit answers. Before the recording started you have 20 seconds to prepare yourself to answer the question. Also, a written component and was asked basic questions. Whole process took around 20 minutes.

Lengthy and pointless in terms of well thought out questions i went through three interviews with absolutely no plan on what was next or how long?I was going to wait for an answer.It was very unprofessional

amazing process that was very welcoming and inclusive. Mainly behaviourals and fit questions to gage candidate personality and interest in the role. One-way interview so can be challenging at times when talking to a screen.
