Took part in a unique group interview. Had great feedback from hiring team. Called in for a second interview. Pretty straight forward, standard interview questions (behavioural in nature).
Did not get the offer as it seems that Intact prefers to hire/promote from within. In 2013-2014, 33% of current staff was hired/promoted from within the company (as disclaimed during the group interview process).

I didn’t expect the question to be related to customer service. Overall it was an eye opening experience. Just prepare for anything I would say not just the role you are applying for

Received an invitation to do a one way video interview a few days after applying. Respond to written questions by speaking to the camera plus a written response. Completed it and never heard back, no rejection but no follow up either.

First interview was one-way where you had to record your answers to questions that were prompted on the screen. There was 3 questions total followed by a task to write a professional email based on details provided.
