CO-OP Student, so applied via career center. Got conducted for interview on there as well. Due to COVID-19, interview was online. There were 3 people, one HR person, the manager of the Engineering department, and an ex-intern-now-employee (who asked technical questions). The interviewers were very kind, helpful, and understanding. Very quick process. Got a job offer less than 24h after interview!
