After submitting my resume, I received a phone call from the HR rep after a short conversation about my qualifications I had a face to face interview with the sales manager and HR scheduled. The interview was relaxed, the day of my interview there were two little dogs in the office! After a short casual conversation about my sales and insurance background, I was given the opportunity to sit and watch a Sales Agent perform their duties.
