Quick easy and informative. We were able to move quickly through the process. First on the phone then onsite. From initial interview to the last everyone was helpful. Everyone was insightful and answered all my questions.

Entretien
First stage with recruiter. Seemed to go well but then completely ghosted despite sending numerous follow ups. Don't need lots of feedback, just a simple yes/no update is polite following an interview. Can see other reviews on there about being ghosted so with such a poor candidate experience being the norm, it won't be easy for them to hire long term.

Nothing difficult, just talking through experience and geos.
The best interview process I have ever experienced! Friendly, open people who were very honest about what they were looking for and what the job was like. Relaxed atmosphere but you can tell they are all devoted and work very hard. I met the entire team directir, and one of the VPs. I had a phone interview and two in-person interviews. I received an email requesting a phone interview within a few hours of applying and the entire interviewing process only took about a week and a half. Being a recruiter myself, I know how difficult it is to move the interview process along so quickly and I was very impressed.

The team at Instructure is very much about getting the right fit for the position. As a recruiter, I appreciate the focus on that, rather than just getting the position filled. Due to that focus, a lot of our interview time was spent in more of a conversational manner with the team. It was great for me to see what their team dynamic was as well. I just can't say enough great things about my interview experience.
