The interview process is relatively long and includes a take home project and coding test. All in all, took ~2 months from application to offer. Multiple case interviews, but not as in-depth as consulting.

Applied through Instacart website and was contacted the following week by a recruiter. The process took 5+ weeks. The entire process was very smooth and recruiter was very responsive throughout the entire process. After the final panel interview, there was 7+ days until I heard a final answer but the recruiter kept me updated the entire way. They sent over a Candidate package which was very nice( Mug, gift card and carrot bag) before the final interview. It’s a 4 step process: 1) Initial call with recruiter: 30 mins 2) Technical challenge: 24 hour turn around 3) Call with hiring manager : 30 mins 4) Video Panel- 3.5 hours Advice: Do your research and ask questions throughout the process. You are interviewing them as much as they are. I got better insight into company and the team beyond what I saw online.
