I had a great experience overall in all the rounds except the last one
First round was a video interview with the person in charge of the team. She did a fantastic job explaining the role and requirements and asking good questions. I had a very enjoyable experience talking with her
Second round was a online technical test. This kind of annoyed me because it’s a two hour test and when I went to start it, it mentions there are programming questions and no where did the position mention requirements to code, only sql. So I thought I was going to bomb that test, I even ran out of time . But I know sql and I know how to answer their technical sso, and application support situations. So I guess I passed because they said they reviewed it and wanted me to do the final round
Final round was awful. It was described to be a meet with the team and simply see if it’s a cultural fit and get to know them. NOPE they decided it’s another technical around even though I just did a two hour test for them.
They just started showing me random sql problems and queries on the screen and were expecting me to solve them in my head instantly in front of them. They were very random scenarios that I feel like you would only know the answer to if it was something common in your role and day to day. Honestly I was not prepared for the that and to be put on the spot.
I also felt almost discriminated because it was a panel of not really a diverse team and i felt like it was not inclusive.
I sent a follow up email to the recruiters asking them to thank the last round team members and I honestly thought the recruiters and HR people were great the whole time up until then.
They said they passed the email on but like I said was totally ghosted. No one ever replied or told me if I wasn’t a good fit or anything, it was very bad because they were so communicative all the way up to the point till the end. So it was a giant waste of time.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Random sql scenarios that were situational you wouldn’t know the answer off the top of your head unless it’s something like relevant to the specific application you support
A mix of technical and non-technical interviews. The technical interview included a coding test with multiple choice questions and the non-technical interviews were pretty straightfoward. Overall, it was average difficultly.

Phone screen, online assessment, interview with hiring manager, interview with potential team mates, interview with bar raiser. Some technical questions, mostly situational questions. They talked a lot about the position itself and answered all of my questions.
