I applied online and heard back from HR and we set up a half hour call. From there, she scheduled me with the hiring manager for a half hour call and then after that I had another half hour call with his boss. After a few days I heard back and I was advanced to the next stage. I completed a data challenge and presented my findings to the hiring manager and his boss (feedback was good). After my presentation I had ANOTHER half hour interview with the hiring manager and another one with his boss. It was very redundant and they asked me more of the same questions. The next week I was scheduled for three 45 min interviews with directors. It went very well. A few days later I heard back that the data challenge I completed 5 interviews ago wasn't good enough so they gave me some feedback and asked me to submit it again. After spending another weekend re-doing the presentation I sent it back. I heard back a few days later that it still wasn't good enough and they were moving on to other candidates. The data challenge was very vague and not a lot of direction was given. I completed the first presentation and made it very detailed. Feedback was that it was too detailed. Completed the second presentation and feedback was that it wasn't detailed enough. It sounded like they were looking for something VERY specific but did not say exactly what that was. Very disappointing. Do not apply unless you have time to complete 10 very redundant interviews and spend 2 weekends doing a data analysis for them.
