Had the recruiter screen (super easy), and the recruiter said I was moving onto the hiring manager call. After I sent them my availabilities for a call, Instacart went completely MIA and ignored my multiple followups. Super disorganized and unprofessional.

Last round was product presentation, leadership interview, and second interview with hiring manager.
Execution was standard execution interview, and hiring manager calls were mostly focused on ensuring I had right skillset and was a good fit for the role

First interview with a Director. Second Interview with Senior Project Managers which involved a mock presentation. They provide you with guidelines and a task few days early for you to prepare and share the slides with them. The Interview questions are based on the presentation
