I had separate phone interviews with the recruiter and hiring manager which went fine. After the hiring manager call, I was assigned a homework assignment to complete. I submitted the assignment and didn't hear back. I followed up a number of times over the course of a month or so and got one response that they were still figuring out who to bring on for on sites . The company seems fine but professionalism and communication can be improved.
