Typical stuff - a few rounds of interviews including behavioral and functional interviews. Questions were pretty easy and usually focused on digital experience/expertise.
Really nice group of people with solid prior/industry experience and a fast-growing company.

Brief conversation about career goals etc. This was a recruiting screen. During the conversation the recruiter lowered the salary range for the position relative to what was displayed in the recruiting app we used.

Entretien
I had two interviews through the process plus a follow up conversation with the Managing Principal. The interviews were friendly, conversational and inquisitive. It was clear they wanted to know more than just accomplishments and valued how and why I did things. Additionally, they asked and cared about what’s most important to me in an employer.
