The Insperity recruiter reached out, I had one conversation with the recruiter, who scheduled a face to face with the DM and RM. I had one interview with both, who sold me on Insperity the whole time, with very few questions for me. Long background check process, onboarding was adequate.

Recruiter sent me a message on LinkedIn, Phone call with them, then main recruiter phone call. Then 2 rounds with different District Managers and last round with Regional Manager & DM.
Great communication and set detailed expectations. 3 rounds of interviews. After each interview I left feeling more optimistic about the opportunity and the company as a whole. Building a good culture is important to Insperity and it shows.

They did a very good job. First call with recruiter then I had two interviews. Overall it was a very good interview experience. It does seem like the Louisiana market will be closing so not sure how helpful this will be.
