Interviewed with a recruiter who explained the job in detail and she was nice and helpful. Although, she stated the company wasn't paying her much but managers got a nice salary. Meet with RM, than with a panel of upper management. Had an extensive background check. Got an offer that made sense.

They required 5 interviews, some over Zoom, phone, and in person. They also required several skill tests between interviews. The background check checks all employers and employment dates. All of the interviews went wonderful but they did not select me for the position ultimately.
