I was approached on LinkedIn by a recruiter, the phone call went great! Then had another interview with an HR rep, that went great also, I had another interview in person with the hiring manager. It was pleasant, then came the ghosting! No follow up on the candidacy for over a month. Completely ghosted! As you see in another post, they have a tendency to ghost.

Approached by Insperity recruiter based in TX. The first phone meeting was a very quick review of my resume. I was immediately scheduled to meet with the regional manager of my area. The process of the job that they explained to me was akin to entry-level work and seemed fully unpleasant. The manager was very dry and without much personality. He basically asked me what questions he should be asking me. At that point I stood up and let him know the interview was over and I would never work for this company. I never completed their background check paperwork prior to an offer, as they had requested I do.
