The interview process was positively competitive. Between Recruiting team and Department management there were 4 rounds of interviews.
Best part about the process was that there was no repetition. Recruitment team didn't waste any time asking any highly technical questions and management team focused on functional and non-functional questions.

Question 1
The first round with department/hiring manager was more functional and based on the skill set that was mentioned in the resume but the next/final round with the management team was all behavior and attitude related.
