Pre-screen from recruiter, very specific questions...good job on pre-screen. Person actually called me in the early evening with specifics as he found me on Linkedin so we discussed the requirements of the client and very specific technical challenges that the client is experiencing.

The interview process involves 3 rounds of interviews. The first interview is a simple screening done by an HR representative. The second interview is a cultural assessment. The third interview is a technical interview which demands detailed, in-depth technical answers.
