Was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. Then had a 30 min zoom call with the Sr. Recruiter. Very nice and personable. I felt this company was great. He took the stress out of the next step. Had interview with the client. Was contacted 30 minutes later saying they liked me and wanted to move me to the next round. Then I got ghosted. I contacted them to followup and never received a response. Very disappointing. Was hoping this company wasn't like the others I have encountered.

Entretien
Long, disorganized, and disrespectful. Downplay your experience and your salary thinking that they are the biggest and best company in the world. Three rounds of interview, several accomodations, all smiles, then ghosting. It may work with mediocre professionals, and I am leaving this to signal how they are dishonest disrespectful with the candidates, especially one of the Account Managers for the "big", but broke, airline company.

Entretien
Met for a meet and greet in my college town to get to know the recent hires of the company. Everyone was very relaxed and easy to talk to. Not sure how they then chose who to interview after this though.
Recruiter walked me through the interview process and was very supportive during the process.
Always kept me informed at every step and updated ASAP when they heard back from the client.
