The recruiter was very kind and personable. Asked a lot of questions about previous experience, willingness to learn new systems. They are very knowledgeable of their job placement opportunities and who the managers are that you'll be working with. They are also up front with the good and bad that you can expect from a role during the covnersation. I appreciated the transparency.
