I was required to take an ICD-9 test and an Excel test and talked to my recruiter briefly over the telephone. My information was submitted to the company by my recruiter and she called me a few days later and offered me a position.

The process was easy and even when I interviewed with the other company, it was not uncomfortable or anything, it was after. I was supposed to hear back from one or both regarding the job. I didn't get the job (assuming) because I have tried to contact the person at insight for feedback, if I got the job or didn't and there is nothing .No return phone calls, emails etc.
