Phone interview, then in person interview on site. They seemed very disorganized overall. I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled interview time for the recruiter to come get me. The recruiter took me to another floor where I was interviewed in stages by three different people. The employees I was interviewed by did not seem very professional and I waited quite a while in between each interview. Overall experience was bad.

Entretien
A phone interview followed by face to face interview with the contracting company. Then a face to face interview with the client company . Paper work and background check take about 4 weeks to complete.
