Telepone screening, followed by in person interview

• Recruiter was new and had no IT experience (read: didn’t know what the position being recruited for did). • Recruiter failed to attach the job description to email, despite saying it would be. • Recruiter put wrong date on the email. • Came into office anyway (bad move on my part). • The job was NOT in the realm of my experience and skills after all (y’know, a DBA is not a BSA). • Recruiter wanted to know what “aspects” of my experience I wanted in new position. • Recruiter wanted me to fill out another application at one of their work stations despite my saying I had done one seven months previously. • I walked out.
