J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Insight Global en févr. 2017
Entretien
Interview on campus that was overall very casual but somewhat rushed. The interview was suppose to be 30 minutes but it ended at about 25. Most of the conversation was casual, but definitely come prepared to carry the conversation on by yourself and bring pertinent questions to ask. The most important question they ask is "why sales?" and after that they pretty much want to see what kind of person you are and how you can carry a conversation. I brought a decent amount of questions to ask which I would try to relate to a personal experience.
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.

The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!
