The interview process was pathetic. I spoke with Taylor once, and while she was professional over phone her follow-up abilities were horrendous. I followed up the next day and didn't hear back for 4 days. Finally, she sends me the "next steps" through a personality test and intelligence quiz. I submit those the same day then inquire about the next steps 2 days later and I never received a response. One week after my submission I finally get an automated email scheduling me for two interviews the next day with the sales managers. Keep in mind that I had never heard back from the recruiter, and was never asked about availability. Well, I had an interview with another company during the timeslots they scheduled, so I chose the other company. I would advise against interviewing with this company. Clearly, they don't care about their candidates, and the lack of professionalism plus poor pay supports this.

Insight recruiter reached out via Indeed. Took the opportunity to interview, rather unprofessional as the recruiter seemed willfully unprepared but asked standard questions in regards to sales experience. After first contact offered to meet with hiring manager at office location

The interview process was a phone interview first. Than a in person one. They wanted to know about my experience and strengths. They did make me leave a voice mail. I doubt they make you do that anymore though.
