Entretien
There were two interviews, but before that, I was asked a series of questions on LinkedIn that advanced me to the first interview via phone. The second interview with on Skype. Between those two interviews I also had to do a writing sample.
3 virtual interviews. Interviewers were friendly and communicative, though there were hints that company is a bit disorganized (lack of clarity on time to hear back / if there would be an additional interview / starting date expectations).

Question 1
What are some of your favorite books? Why do you want to work in publishing? What relevant experience do you have? Do you have customer service experience?
I had an interview with the hiring manager, then an interview with two members of the publishing team. I was also assigned a writing test (writing some sample descriptive copy).
