You first submit a coding challenge with a language of your choice. Then you get invited for a 1:1 zoom call with one of the program directors. They are easy going and want you to treat it as a casual coffee chat.
The first round is a take-home code challenge; the second round is a 30-min code review with an alum; final round is a 15-min interview with one of the PDs.
